为了更加准确地综合评价胡麻区域试验结果,筛选优质胡麻新品种,通过最佳线性无偏预测(BLUP)值代替原始产量数据,利用GGE双标图分析2023-2024年甘肃省胡麻区域试验的16个参试品种的丰产性、稳定性、适应性以及各试点的区分力和代表性.结果表明,经过BLUP矫正后,参试品种产量数据在品种间、试点间及年份间的变异系数均缩小;方差分析结果表明,BLUP值能更有效地解释总变异.产量表现最好的品种是2015-12-17;R619和H228的稳定性较好;1234-16-1-1、EA-43、1189、2012-55-11 兼具较高丰产性和较好稳定性;1219-6-1-1-1、P2010-7-1、陇亚 13 号(ck)虽在某些环境下产量较高,但稳定性较差;1556、2015-11-13、1139平均产量和综合表现相对较弱.景泰点生态性较为独特,对品种具有较强的选择性,其余各试点多分布在靠近理想环境向量附近,既能提供一定的区分力,又较好代表整体试验区域.

To more accurately comprehensively evaluate the results of the Linum usitatissimum region-al trials and to select high-quality new Linum usitatissimum varieties,the original yield data were re-placed by the BLUP(Best Linear Unbiased Prediction)values.The GGE(Genetic Gain Evaluation)biplot was used to analyze the yield performance,stability,adaptability,as well as the discrimination ability and representativeness of the 16 participating varieties in the 2023-2024 Linum usitatissimum regional trials in Gansu Province.The results showed that after BLUP correction,the coefficient of variation of the yield data among varieties,among trials and among years was reduced.The results of variance analysis indicated that the BLUP values were significantly better at explaining the total varia-tion.The variety with the best yield performance was 2015-12-17.R619 and H228 had good stability.1234-16-1-1,EA-43,1189 and 2012-55-11 had both high yield performance and good stability.1219-6-1-1-1,P2010-7-1 and Longya 13(control)had relatively high yields but poor stability.1556,2015-11-13 and 1139 had relatively weak average yields and overall performance.Jingtai point had a relatively unique ecological nature and had strong selectivity for varieties.The other trials were mostly distribu-ted near the ideal environmental vector,which could provide certain discrimination ability and better represent the overall trial area.
