Screening of Pleurotus ostreatus Germplasm Resources with Insecticide Resistance

为筛选对高效氯氰菊酯(Beta-cypermethrin,β-CP)具有抗性的平菇种质资源,通过平板抑制试验、拌料与喷雾2种施药方式,系统评价了 14个平菇菌株的菌丝生长、子实体产量、农药残留及营养品质表现.结果表明,14个菌株对β-CP的抗性差异显著,菌丝抑制率范围为25.33%~73.53%;在培养料中添加β-CP显著抑制菌丝生长与子实体产量,但喷雾施药对产量的影响小于拌料施药;高压灭菌及菌丝生长可显著降解培养料中的β-CP,2种施药方式的子实体中β-CP残留量均低于国家标准限量,且高抗菌株残留量更低;β-CP对粗蛋白、多糖和灰分的影响与菌株和施药方式相关.菌株XK101在施用β-CP时各方面表现最佳,具备良好的抗性潜力与生产稳定性,可作为抗性育种与安全生产的优良种质资源.

To screen the Pleurotus spp.germplasm resources that were resistant to the highly effective beta-cypermethrin(β-CP),through plate inhibition tests,2 application methods(dressing the sub-strate and spraying)were used to systematically evaluate the mycelial growth,fruiting body yield,pesticide residues and nutritional quality of 14 Pleurotus spp.strains.The results showed that there were significant differences in the resistance of the 14 strains to β-CP,with the mycelial inhibition rate ranging from 25.33%to 73.53%.Adding β-CP to the substrate significantly inhibited mycelial growth and fruiting body yield,but the impact of spraying on yield was less than that of dressing the sub-strate.High-pressure sterilization and mycelial growth could significantly degrade β-CP in the sub-strate,and the β-CP residues in the fruiting bodies of both application methods were lower than the national standard limit,and the residues in the high-antibiotic strains were even lower.The effects of β-CP on crude protein,polysaccharides and ash content were related to the strain and application method.Strain XK101 performed best when β-CP was applied,possessing good resistance potential and production stability and could be used as an excellent germplasm resource for resistance breeding and safe production.
