不同萝卜品种种子萌发期耐低温性综合评价及关键指标筛选OA

为了对不同品种萝卜种子萌发期耐低温进行综合评价,筛选出耐低温关键指标,以43个不同的萝卜品种为试验材料,通过设置15 ℃和25 ℃两个温度处理,选取发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长、胚芽长、胚根鲜重、胚芽鲜重、根冠比等9个指标进行测定,对上述指标的性状相对值进行相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数值分析、聚类分析、灰色关联度分析,综合评价及耐低温关键指标的筛选.结果表明,主成分分析将9个单项指标转化为3个因子,累计贡献率为85.700%.L05(富美三号)D值最大(0.79),耐低温性最强;L11(君川优越)D值最小(0.05),耐低温性最差.聚类分析将萝卜品种分为5类,其中高度耐低温型品种3个、耐低温型品种13个、中度耐低温型品种19个、敏感型品种5个、高度敏感型品种3个.通过灰色关联度分析发现,各个相对性状指标与D值存在极显著正相关,并筛选出发芽势相对值、活力指数相对值、发芽率相对值、发芽指数相对值、胚芽长相对值、胚根长相对值作为萝卜种子萌发期耐低温的关键指标.筛选出L05(富美三号)、L13(绿富士七号)、L30(招福)为耐低温品种.

In order to comprehensively evaluate the cold tolerance of different varieties of Raphanus sativus seeds during germination,and to select the key indicators for cold tolerance,43 different Raphanus sativus varieties were used as experimental materials.Through setting 2 temperature treat-ments of 15℃ and 25℃,9 indicators such as germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index,root length,shoot length,fresh weight of root,fresh weight of shoot,and root-shoot ratio were selected for measurement.Correlation analysis,principal component analysis,membership function value analysis,cluster analysis and grey correlation degree analysis were con-ducted on the relative values of these indicators to conduct comprehensive evaluation and select the key indicators for cold tolerance.The results showed that principal component analysis transformed 9 individual indicators into 3 factors,with a cumulative contribution rate of 85.700%.The L05(Fumei No.3)had the largest D value(0.79),indicating the strongest cold tolerance.While L11(Junchuan youyue)had the smallest D value(0.05),indicating the poorest cold tolerance.Cluster analysis classi-fied the Raphanus sativus varieties into 5 categories,including 3 highly cold-tolerant varieties,13 cold-tolerant varieties,19 moderately cold-tolerant varieties,5 sensitive varieties,and 3 highly sensi-tive varieties.Through grey correlation degree analysis,it was found that each relative trait indicator had a highly significant positive correlation with the D value,and the relative values of germination potential,vitality index,germination rate,germination index,shoot length and root length were selected as the key indicators for cold tolerance during the Raphanus sativus seed germination period.L05(Fumei No.3),L13(Lüfushi No.7),and L30(Zhaofu)were selected as cold-tolerant varieties.
