通过研究不同土壤含水量对温室百香果氮代谢相关酶活性的影响,为温室百香果栽培的科学水分管理提供理论依据.在温室栽培条件下设置 4 个水分处理:常规浇灌对照(T1);移栽后营养生长期土壤含水量维持在田间持水量(FC)的 45%~60%,45 d 后恢复至 90%FC,以后土壤含水量降低至 50%FC时再浇水至 90%FC(T2);生育前期土壤含水量维持在 45%~60%FC,中期 75%~90%FC,后期 70%~80%FC(T3);全生育期土壤含水量维持在 75%~90%FC(T4),研究 6-9 月百香果氮代谢相关酶活性的变化.结果表明:6、7、9 月 T4 的硝酸还原酶活性均显著高于 T1、T2、T3;6-9 月 T4 的谷氨酰胺合成酶活性均明显高于 T2 和 T3,谷氨酸合成酶活性均显著高于 T1、T2、T3;6、8、9 月,与 T1、T2、T3 相比,T4 均显著提高了谷氨酸脱氢酶活性;6、8 月,与 T2、T3 相比,T4 均显著提高了谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性.综合分析认为,温室百香果栽培过程中,全生育期保持土壤含水量在田间持水量的 75%~90%对提高氮代谢相关酶活性的效果最优.

The effects of different soil water contents on the activities of enzymes related to nitrogen metabolism of Passiflora edulis Sims in greenhouse was studied to provide a theoretical basis for scientific water management in greenhouse Passiflora edulis Sims cultivation.Four water treatments were set up under greenhouse cultivation conditions:conventional irrigation as the control(T1);soil water content was maintained at 45%-60%of field capacity(FC)during vegetative growth period after transplanting,and recovered to 90%FC after 45 days,and when the soil water content decreased to 50%FC,it was watered to 90%FC(T2);soil water content kept at 45%-60%FC at early growth stage,75%-90%FC at middle growth stage,and 70%-80%FC at late growth stage(T3);soil water content maintained at 75%-90%FC at whole growth stage(T4).The changes in the activities of enzymes related to nitrogen metabolism of Passiflora edulis Sims from June to September were studied.The results showed that:the nitrate reductase activity of T4 was significantly higher than that of T1,T2 and T3 in June,July and September;the glutamine synthetase activity of T4 was significantly higher than that of T2 and T3,and the glutamate synthetase activity was significantly higher than that of T1,T2 and T3 from June to September;compared with T1,T2 and T3,T4 was significantly increased glutamate dehydrogenase activity in June,August and September;T4 was significantly increased the activities of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase compared with T2 and T3 in June and August.Comprehensive analysis showed that maintaining soil water content at 75%-90%FC during the whole growth period of Passiflora edulis Sims cultivation in greenhouse had the best effect on improving the activities of enzymes related to nitrogen metabolism.
