针对广西桂中葡萄连作区域(柳州市柳江区成团镇)巨峰葡萄冬季果香气组分单一、产量偏低等问题,采用 L9(34)正交试验设计,开展硒肥、叶面肥、2,4-表芸苔素内酯、20%二氢茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)四因素三水平研究.结果表明:处理 4 的单粒重最大,达 6.93 g,处理 2 的果形指数最高,为 1.11,均显著高于 CK;处理 1 的可溶性固形物含量为 21.23%,显著高于其他处理,处理 7 的固酸比显著高于其他处理,为 67.4;处理 1 的 L*、a*、b*值均显著低于 CK,颜色指数 CIRG 值最高,为 3.62,其次是处理 2.对果实着色较好的两个处理(处理 1 和处理 2)和对照进行巨峰葡萄香气物质的代谢组分析,共检测到 429 种挥发性化合物,各处理的挥发性物质差异显著,处理 1 和对照间差异代谢物有 27 种,其中有 18 种物质上调,9种物质下调;处理 2 和对照间差异代谢物有 44 种,其中有 23 种物质上调,21 种物质下调.其中检测到巨峰葡萄的香气物质主要有乙酸乙酯、戊酸乙酯、反式-2-癸烯酸乙酯、丙酸乙酯、己醛、癸醛、正己醛、(E)-2-己烯醇、二甲基丁醛、羟基丁酸乙酯、苯乙醇、1,3-二叔丁基苯等.综上,对提高巨峰葡萄果形指数、果实着色、可溶性固形物含量和香气积累效果最佳的组合是处理 1(A1B1C1D1 组合),即喷施 10 mg/L 硒肥+高氮型叶面肥和高钾型叶面肥 600 倍液+0.02 mg/L 2,4-表芸苔素内酯+50 mg/L 20%二氢茉莉酸丙酯.

Aiming at the problems of single aroma components and low yield in winter-harvested'Kyoho'grapes in continuous cropping areas of central Guangxi(Chengtuan Town,Liujiang District,Liuzhou City),a study was conducted using an L9(34)orthogonal experimental design with four factors and three levels:selenium fertilizer,foliar fertilizer,2,4-epibrassinolide,and 20%propyl dihydrojasmonate(PDJ).The results showed that the single fruit weight of Treatment 4 reached 6.93 g.Treatment 2 had the highest fruit shape index(1.11),which was significantly higher than that of the control(CK).The soluble solids content of Treatment 1 was 21.23%,significantly higher than other treatments.Treatment 7 had the highest solid-acid ratio(67.4),which were significantly higher than other treatments.The L*,a*,and b* values of Treatment 1 were significantly lower than those of CK,and its color index CIRG was the highest(3.62),followed by Treatment 2.Metabolomic analysis of grape aroma was performed on the two treatments with the best fruit coloring and the control group.A total of 429 volatile compounds were detected,and significant differences were observed among treatments.There were 27 differential metabolites between Treatment 1 and the control,including 18 up-regulated and 9 down-regulated substances.Between Treatment 2 and the control,there were 44 differential metabolites,including 23 up-regulated and 21 down-regulated substances.The main aroma compounds detected in'Kyoho'grapes included ethyl acetate,ethyl valerate,trans-2-decenoate,ethyl propionate,hexanal,decanal,n-hexanal,(E)-2-hexenol,dimethylbutanal,ethyl hydroxybutyrate,phenylethanol,and 1,3-di-tert-butylbenzene.In conclusion,the optimal combination for improving fruit shape index,fruit coloring,soluble solids content,and aroma accumulation in'Kyoho'grapes was Treatment 1(A1B1C1D1),which involved spraying 10 mg/L selenium fertilizer+600-fold dilution of high-nitrogen and high-potassium foliar fertilizers+0.02 mg/L 2,4-epibrassinolide+50 mg/L 20%PDJ.
