自制生物保护膜对瑞雪苹果果实品质的影响OA

The influence of self-made biological protective film on the fruit quality of'Ruixue'apples

为研制适宜瑞雪苹果免套袋栽培的生物保护膜,以 8 年生瑞雪果实为试材,喷施两种自制生物保护膜,以喷施康露威有机皮膜保护剂和套专用果袋为对照,系统评估两种自制生物保护膜对果实品质的影响.结果表明:与套专用果袋相比,喷施自制生物保护膜可显著提高单果重、果实纵径和果面红绿色度,果面光洁度接近套袋水平;与喷施康露威有机皮膜保护剂处理相比,喷施自制生物保护膜可以提高果实可溶性固形物含量、固酸比、总酚含量、总黄酮含量及总类黄酮含量.喷施两种自制生物保护膜均能提高果实品质,其中喷施自制生物保护膜 2 在果实外观和内在品质方面表现最优,可用于瑞雪免套袋栽培.

To develop a biological protective film suitable for bag-free cultivation of'Ruixue'apples,8-year-old'Ruixue'apple fruits were used as test materials,and two self-made biological protective films were sprayed.Spraying Kangluwei organic film protective agent and bagging with special fruit bags were set as controls to systematically evaluate the effects of the two self-made biological protective films on fruit quality.The results showed that,compared with bagging with special fruit bags,spraying self-made biological protective films could significantly increase the single fruit weight,fruit longitudinal diameter and the red-green chromaticity of fruit surface,and the fruit surface smoothness was close to that of the bagging treatment;compared with the treatment of spraying Kangluwei organic film protective agent,spraying self-made biological protective films could increase the soluble solid content,solid-acid ratio,total phenol content,total flavonoid content and total flavonoid content of fruits.Spraying either of the two self-made biological protective films can improve fruit quality.Among them,the treatment of spraying self-made biological protective film 2 performs best in both fruit appearance and internal quality,and can be used for bag-free cultivation of'Ruixue'apples.
