秦脆苹果适宜冷藏温度研究OA
Research on the optimal storage temperature of'Qincui'apple
对比不同贮藏温度下苹果新品种秦脆的果实品质变化情况和损失情况,以确定该品种的适宜贮藏温度,为该品种采后贮藏技术的优化与推广应用提供依据.将秦脆苹果果实分别贮藏于-1.5、0.5、3.0℃,研究该品种在不同贮藏温度下的呼吸速率、乙烯释放速率、色差、硬度、可溶性固形物含量以及可滴定酸含量的变化,并统计果实失重率和病害发生率.结果表明,从贮藏 70 d 开始,-1.5℃条件下秦脆失重率显著低于 3.0℃,且随着贮藏时间延长,两个处理间的差异逐渐增大,说明-1.5℃能有效抑制秦脆失重.贮藏 175 d 时,各处理的呼吸速率均显著上升且达到峰值,其中-1.5℃处理的呼吸速率最低(15.94 mg·kg-1·h-1).此外,-1.5、0.5、3.0℃下秦脆的乙烯释放高峰分别出现在贮藏 175、140、105 d,表明-1.5℃能延缓秦脆苹果的后熟与衰老.同时,-1.5℃下病害整体损失率低于其他两个处理.相比于 0.5℃和 3.0℃,-1.5℃在抑制果实失重、控制呼吸速率和乙烯释放速率,以及减少损失等方面表现更为优异,更适合作为秦脆苹果长期贮藏的温度.
This study compared the postharvest quality changes and postharvest losses of the new apple cultivar'Qincui'under different storage temperatures,aiming to determine the optimal storage temperature and provide a basis for optimizing and promoting postharvest storage techniques.Fruits of the'Qincui'apple were stored at-1.5℃,0.5℃,and 3.0℃,respectively,to investigate the changes in postharvest respiration rate,ethylene production rate,color difference,firmness,soluble solids content,and titratable acid content,as well as to evaluate weight loss rate and the incidence of postharvest diseases.The results showed that starting from 70 days after storage,the weight loss rate of'Qincui'apples stored at-1.5℃was significantly lower than that at 3.0℃,and the difference between the two treatments gradually increased with prolonged storage time,indicating that-1.5℃effectively inhibited weight loss.After 175 days of storage,the respiration rates of all treatments increased significantly and reached their peaks,with the-1.5℃treatment showing the lowest respiration rate(15.94 mg·kg-1·h-1).In addition,the ethylene production peaks for'Qincui'apples stored at-1.5℃,0.5℃,and 3.0℃occurred at 175 days,140 days,and 105 days of storage,respectively,suggesting that-1.5℃delayed ripening and senescence of the fruit.Meanwhile,the overall postharvest disease loss rate at-1.5℃was lower than that of the other two treatments.Compared with 0.5℃and 3.0℃,-1.5℃performed better in inhibiting fruit weight loss,controlling respiration and ethylene production rates,and reducing postharvest losses,making it more suitable as the temperature for long-term storage of'Qincui'apples.
