乡村全面振兴视域下高校赋能农村伦理秩序重构的逻辑与路径OA

Rural revitalization requires both physical development and cultural-spiritual cultivation.As the deep structure of rural cultural revitalization,the reconstruction efficacy of rural ethical order directly affects the foundation of rural social governance and the richness of rural civility.Currently,during the process of profound social transformation in rural Shaoyang,multiple challenges such as the weakening of traditional ethical functions and the squeezing of the living space for public spirit have emerged.The reconstruction of ethical order has thus become an inherent requirement for promoting effective rural governance.As a hub institution for knowledge production and cultural inheritance,universities integrate multiple functions including cultural research,value guidance,and social services,bearing an irreplaceable mission in empowering the reconstruction of rural ethical order.Starting from the functional orientation of universities,this paper constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework of"talent empowerment,cultural empowerment,and intellectual empowerment"based on empowerment theory,systematically explaining the internal logic of university participation in the reconstruction of rural ethical order.Through an in-depth analysis of typical cases of university village assistance and social practices in the Shaoyang area,it reveals the current realities and deep-seated obstacles in university empowerment practices.Furthermore,it explores practical pathways for university empowerment in the reconstruction of rural ethical order from dimensions such as innovating the mechanism for cultivating local talents,activating the use of traditional ethical resources,and constructing a university-locality coordination mechanism,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the systematic participation of universities in the rural revitalization strategy.
