新内生发展理论下职业教育服务乡村文化振兴的逻辑与路径OA

The revitalization of rural culture is the cornerstone of rural revitalization across the board,playing a foundational and guiding role.From the perspective of the new endogenous development theory,vocational education serves as a vital external driving force and resource for rural cultural revitalization,capable of promoting the resource inter-embedding and internal-external symbiosis necessary for the realization of rural culture.However,in serving rural cultural revitalization,vocational education faces practical challenges:in talent cultivation,there is a disconnect in the systematization and continuity of local knowledge;in value guidance,there is a weakening of cultural identity construction and the cultivation of community consciousness;and in the transformation of traditional skills,there are bottlenecks in the creative transformation of traditional crafts and their linkage with the cultural industry.Vocational education can establish mechanisms for integrating local knowledge into vocational education;deepen the coupling between knowledge transmission and cultural identity;and build a system for the synergistic development of creative transformation and local industrial ecosystems.Through these efforts,we can achieve the cultivation of talent,the reinforcement of cultural identity,and the growth of economic benefits for rural culture,thereby continuously fostering new developments in rural cultural revitalization.
