乡村振兴战略与高校劳动教育协同发展的价值、困境及路径OA

This paper systematically analyzes the multiple values of the coordinated development between rural revitalization and labor education.It elaborates on its contemporary significance from the dimensions of talent introduction to rural areas,educational innovation,cultural inheritance,and economic development,and conducts an in-depth analysis of difficulties in the integration of the two,including cognitive biases,resource shortages,and institutional obstacles.Based on national policies and the actual needs of universities and localities,this paper constructs a collaborative mechanism featuring"overall planning and guarantee by the government and society,linkage and cooperation between schools and rural areas,and support and cooperation from parents and students".Through this mechanism,it aims to cultivate more high-quality talents with both rural feelings and the spirit of labor,shape more"practitioners,inheritors and creators"who facilitate the in-depth integration of the two fields,and open up a new path of two-way empowerment for"rural revitalization"and"talent cultivation".
