开放大学助力乡村人才振兴的路径研究OA

In rural revitalization,talents come first.Relying on the four-level running system and distance teaching model,the Open University has unique advantages in cultivating rural talents.The"Rural Cadre Academic Improvement Project"implemented by Shanxi Open University has explored talent training paths with local characteristics.Through the"remote learning+face-to-face teaching+practical training"diversified mixed teaching and"dual management"mechanism,it has significantly improved the academic structure of rural cadres and comprehensive quality.However,the cultivation of local talents still faces practical difficulties such as relatively closed systematic education,unreasonable structure of the teacher team,weak pertinence of professional courses,insufficient digital empowerment,and poor channels for integration of industry and education.In the future,the Open University should continue to make efforts in collaborative running schools,building a strong"dual-teacher"team,optimizing curriculum settings,upgrading digital empowerment,and innovating ways to integrate industry and education,so as to contribute to the revitalization of rural talents.
