小流域治理赋能乡村全面振兴的实现路径OA

The in-depth advancement of the rural revitalization strategy relies heavily on ecological support.As the core carrier of the rural ecosystem,small watershed governance directly affects agricultural production safety,the quality of human settlements,and industrial sustainability.This paper takes Daluo Village,Suqiao Town,Yongfu County as the research object,combining its village planning practice.It systematically analyzes the internal connection between small watershed governance and rural revitalization.From three aspects,i.e.ecological restoration,industrial upgrading,and people's livelihood improvement,this paper explores the path of small watershed governance empowering rural revitalization.Research shows that scientific comprehensive management of small watersheds can effectively resolve the contradiction between rural ecological protection and economic development.It helps build a new rural development pattern featuring"eco-friendly conditions,thriving businesses,cultivated customs,effective governance,and prosperous livelihoods".This provides a replicable practical model for rural revitalization in southern hilly areas.
