Research on Accuracy Improvement Technology for Online Ore Detection System

矿石在线检测系统的精度提升是保障选矿生产智能化的关键技术.针对传统在线检测系统精度不高、稳定性差等问题,提出了矿石在线检测系统精度提升技术方案.试验结果表明,铁矿石品位检测的平均相对误差从 3.2%降为 1.1%,铜矿石从 4.5%降为 1.6%,重复性标准偏差降低超过 60%.

The accuracy improvement of online ore detection system is a key technology to ensure intelligent mineral processing production.Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and poor stability in traditional online detection systems,A technical solution for improving the accuracy of the in-line ore detection system was proposed.The experimental results show that the mean relative error of iron ore grade detection decreased from 3.2%to 1.1%,and that of copper ore decreased from 4.5%to 1.6%,with the repeatability standard deviation reduced by more than 60%.
