Facing growing resource and environmental pressures,integrating environmental monitoring with renewable resource recycling is key for a green transition.This paper analyzes theoretical,technical,and practical aspects,proposing a framework based on smart sensing,data connectivity,and intelligent decision-making.The approach enables real-time environmental feedback to optimize recycling processes.Results show it enhances recycling efficiency,environmental safety,and converts ecological benefits into economic value,supporting circular economy development.
