为提高铸造行业中废弃物的协同处置能力和能源利用率,在分析铸造生产工艺流程与能耗特点的基础上,提出铸造生产中废弃物协同处置能效提升的关键技术,并结合具体实例分析协同处置方式及其效果.结果表明,该方法可有效提高废弃物资源化利用率,减少总体能耗及处置费用.

To improve the collaborative disposal capacity and energy utilization efficiency of waste in the casting industry,this study analyzes the casting production process and its energy consumption characteristics,and proposes key technologies for enhancing collaborative disposal and energy efficiency in casting production.The effectiveness of the proposed collaborative disposal methods is examined through a specific case.The results indicate that this approach can effectively increase the resource utilization rate of waste while reducing overall energy consumption and disposal costs.
