Chemical Waste Gas Specific Resource Recovery and Treatment Method Based on Adsorption Catalytic Coupling Technology
为提升化工废气治理过程中的资源化利用效率,构建兼具污染削减与目标组分回收功能的处理技术体系.围绕选择性吸附机理与催化活性位点作用机制,分析吸附富集与表面催化反应之间的协同效应,并在此基础上完成吸附单元结构优化、催化反应器配置及耦合系统工艺流程设计.结果表明,吸附催化耦合体系能显著提高低浓度废气中目标组分的富集程度与转化效率,在保持较高净化效率的同时实现资源化产物的稳定回收,表现出良好的工程应用潜力.
In order to improve the resource utilization efficiency in the process of chemical waste gas treatment,a treatment technology system with both pollution reduction and target component recovery functions is constructed.The study focuses on the selective adsorption mechanism and catalytic active site action mechanism,analyzes the synergistic effect between adsorption enrichment and surface catalytic reaction,and based on this,completes the optimization of adsorption unit structure,catalytic reactor configuration,and coupling system process design.The results show that the adsorption catalytic coupling system can significantly improve the enrichment degree and conversion efficiency of target components in low concentration exhaust gas,achieve stable recovery of resource products while maintaining high purification efficiency,and demonstrate good engineering application potential.
