Research on the Engineering Application of Fresh Leachate as a Biochemical Denitrification Carbon Source for Aging Leachate Treatment Plants
某填埋老龄渗滤液处理厂以资源循环利用为核心思路,开展"新鲜渗滤液作为老龄渗滤液处理补充碳源"的专项工程测试.测试过程中,重点探索了新鲜渗滤液输送量与老龄渗滤液的最佳调配比例;同时精准量化了不同碱度条件下新鲜渗滤液的实际调配量与膜生物反应器(Membrane Bio-Reactor,MBR)系统总氮脱除率、生化反应池 pH 值的潜在关联,形成可直接指导运行的参数匹配方案.经过为期 1 年的连续运行测试与数据验证,项目最终通过布置专用输送管道,实现了新鲜渗滤液从"待处理污染物"到"优质碳源"的角色转化,成功构建起老龄渗滤液碳源补充的长期、稳定工程应用体系,为同类填埋场老龄渗滤液处理提供了可复制、可推广的技术范式.
A landfill leachate treatment plant has carried out a special engineering test of"fresh leachate as a supplementary carbon source for aging leachate treatment"with resource recycling as the core idea.During the test,the focus was on exploring the optimal mixing ratio of fresh leachate delivery and aging leachate.At the same time,the potential correlation between the actual preparation volume of fresh leachate under different alkalinity conditions and the total nitrogen removal rate of the Membrane Bio-Reactor(MBR)system and the pH value of the biochemical reaction tank was accurately quantified,forming a parameter matching scheme that can directly guide operation.After a year of continuous operation test and data verification,the project was finally completed by laying a dedicated delivery pipeline,realizing the role transformation of fresh leachate from"pollutant to be treated"to"high-quality carbon source",and successfully constructing a long-term and engineering application system for carbon source supplementation in aging leachate,providing replicable and popularizable technical paradigm for the treatment of aging leachate in similar landfills.
