低透气性煤层气-液耦合扰动增透提浓研究与应用OACHSSCD
Research and Application of Gas-Liquid Coupling Disturbance for Enhancing Permeability and Concentration in Low-Permeability Coal Seams
针对低渗透性煤层中瓦斯抽采周期长、效率低的问题,提出一种结合酸化压裂与煤层注气的复合增透技术.通过理论分析与现场试验相结合的方法,发现执行增透措施后,瓦斯抽采纯量均有显著提升;先酸化压裂再煤层注气增透措施执行后,瓦斯抽采纯量得到大幅提升,平均瓦斯抽采纯量是措施执行前的2.8~7.4 倍.现场试验表明,采用"酸化压裂+煤层注气"联合工艺的瓦斯抽采纯量平均提升 440%,较单一措施增效显著.
Addressing the problems of long gas extraction cycles and low efficiency in low-permeability coal seams,a composite enhanced permeability technology combining acid fracturing and coal seam gas injection is proposed.Through a combination of theoretical analysis and field experiments,it is found that the implementation of anti permeability measures significantly improve the gas drainage purity;after the implementation of acid fracturing and coal seam gas injection to enhance permeability measures,the gas drainage purity is significantly improved,with an average gas extraction purity of 2.8~7.4 times that before the measures are implemented.On-site experiments have shown that the combined process of"acid fracturing+coal seam gas injection"has an average increase of 440%in gas drainage purity,which is significantly more efficient than a single measure.
