针对石油化工废催化剂中贵金属回收难题,开发了"氧化焙烧-机械活化-协同浸出"全流程工艺.通过优化预处理条件与浸出参数,在温和体系下实现了铂、钯的高效选择性浸出,并抑制载体溶蚀,最终经离子交换与还原获得高纯铂钯粉.该工艺为废催化剂的绿色资源化提供了可行路径.

Addressing the challenge of recovering precious metals from petrochemical waste catalysts,the complete process of"oxidation roasting-mechanical activation-synergistic leaching"is developed.By optimizing the pretreatment conditions and leaching parameters,efficient selective leaching of platinum and palladium is achieved in a mild system,while suppressing carrier dissolution,ultimately,the high-purity platinum and palladium powders are obtained through ion exchange and reduction.This process provides a feasible path for the green resource utilization of waste catalysts.
