为提高干旱区风积沙利用率,以库木塔格沙漠风积沙与Ⅱ级粉煤灰为骨料,生石灰与石膏为胶凝材料,采用高压 CO2 养护制备粉煤灰沙基灰砖.固定料浆浓度为 79%、砂灰比为 13∶6、灰辅比为 14∶4,研究CO2 压强(0.2~1.0 MPa)与养护龄期(3~28 d)对抗压强度的影响,并基于最优参数(0.6 MPa、14 d)开展蠕变模拟分析.结果表明,抗压强度随龄期呈先快后缓增长趋势,0.6 MPa条件下28 d抗压强度达9.8 MPa.该砖体适用于中浅埋采空区充填,兼具固体废弃物资源化利用与 CO2 封存功能.

To improve the utilization rate of aeolian sand in arid regions,aeolian sand from the Kumtag Desert and ClassⅡ fly ash were used as aggregates,while quicklime and gypsum served as cementitious materials.Fly ash-aeolian sand lime bricks were prepared under high-pressure CO2 curing.The slurry concentration was fixed at 79%,with a sand-to-ash ratio of 13∶6 and an ash-to-binder ratio of 14∶4.The effects of CO2 pressure(0.2~1.0 MPa)and curing age(3~28 d)on compressive strength were investigated,and creep simulation was conducted based on the optimal parameters(0.6 MPa,14 d).The results indicate that the compressive strength increases rapidly at early ages and then gradually stabilizes;at 0.6 MPa,the 28 d compressive strength reaches 9.8 MPa.The bricks are suitable for filling in shallow and moderately shallow goafs,providing both solid waste resource utilization and CO2 sequestration.
