中药调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变研究进展OA
Research Progress of Chinese Materia Medica Regulating Wnt/β-catenin Signaling Pathway in the Treatment of Precancerous Lesions of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
胃癌发病率和病死率均居全球前列,慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变是胃癌发生的重要中间环节,目前治疗以根除幽门螺杆菌、内镜下治疗和化学预防等为主,但存在疗效有限、病变逆转率低及复发率高等问题.中药在防治CAG癌前病变方面具有多靶点、整体调节优势,其作用机制与调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路密切相关.本文梳理中药活性成分、中药复方干预Wnt/β-catenin通路治疗CAG癌前病变的机制,为CAG癌前病变发病机制研究、寻找潜在治疗靶点及药物研制提供参考.
Gastric cancer ranks among the highest in both incidence and mortality rates globally.Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with precancerous lesions represents a critical intermediate stage in gastric carcinogenesis.Current primary treatment strategies,including Helicobacter pylori eradication,endoscopic therapy,and chemoprevention,are confronted with challenges such as limited efficacy,low rates of lesion reversal,and high recurrence.Chinese materia medica has demonstrated unique advantages in preventing and treating CAG precancerous lesions,characterized by its multi-target and holistic regulatory effects.Its mechanism is closely associated with the modulation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.This article systematically reviewed the mechanisms of TCM intervention in CAG precancerous lesions from active components of Chinese materia medica and TCM compounds via the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,with the purposes to provide references for study on the pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of CAG,search for potential therapeutic targets and drug development.
