目的:探讨重组人干扰素α1b 联合乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)雾化吸入对支气管肺炎患儿的临床疗效.方法:回顾性选取 2022 年12 月~2024年12 月本院收治的100 例支气管肺炎患儿,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(NAC 雾化吸入治疗)和研究组(在对照组基础上联合重组人干扰素α1b),每组 50 例.比较两组患儿C反应蛋白(CRP)、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)指标、免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白 M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白 A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白 G(IgG)]、肺功能指标[达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)、每公斤体重潮气量(VT/kg)、吸呼气时间比(I/E)]、住院时间及临床症状消失时间、临床疗效及不良反应.结果:治疗后,两组患儿 CRP和FeNO均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);TPTEF/TE、VT/kg、I/E、IgM、IgA 和 IgG 均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组患儿住院时间和临床症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿临床治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(82.00%,P<0.05).两组患儿不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:重组人干扰素α1b联合NAC雾化吸入疗效良好,可缩短咳嗽等症状消失时间,减轻炎症反应,改善肺功能及免疫功能,且未增加不良反应发生风险.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of nebulized recombinant human interferon α1b combined with acetylcysteine in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 100 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to December 2024.They were divided into a control group[treated with N acetylcysteine(NAC)aerosol inhalation]and a study group(treated with recombinant human interferon α1b in addition to the NAC regimen)based on different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The following parameters were compared between the two groups:C reactive protein(CRP)and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)levels;immune function indicators,including immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels;pulmonary function parameters,including the ratio of time to peak tidal expiratory flow to total expiratory time(TPTEF/TE),tidal volume per kilogram of body weight(VT/kg),and the ratio of inspiratory to expiratory ratio(I/E);length of hospital stay and time to disappearance of clinical symptoms;as well as differences in clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,CRP and FeNO levels decreased in both groups,with the study group showing significantly lower values than the control group(P<0.05);both groups showed increases in TPTEF/TE,VT/kg,I/E,IgM,IgA,and IgG levels,with the study group having significantly higher values than the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay and time to resolution of clinical symptoms in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total clinical efficacy rate in the study group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(82.00%,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human interferon α1b combined with NAC aerosol inhalation shows good therapeutic efficacy,can shorten the time to resolution of symptoms such as fever and cough,alleviate inflammatory responses,improve pulmonary function,and immune function,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
