手法复位联合竹弓弹性牵引与杉树皮夹板固定治疗掌侧Barton骨折30例OA
Clinical Report of 30 Cases of Volar Barton's Fracture Treated with Closed Reduction Combined with Bamboo Bow Elastic Traction and Chinese Fir Bark Splint Immobilization
目的:观察手法复位联合竹弓弹性牵引与杉树皮夹板固定治疗掌侧Barton骨折的临床运用及疗效.方法:30例掌侧Barton骨折患者行旋后手法整复,杉树皮夹板+竹弓弹性牵引外固定术治疗.结果:30例患者均一次复位成功,整复后X线检查均示骨折复位良好,定期拍摄X线片复查示骨折对位对线维持良好.随访8～16周,中位数为10周,末次随访X线片示全部骨折愈合(愈合时间为6～10周,中位数为8周);按Gartland Werley腕关节功能评分标准,得分为(1.28±0.35)分;优12例,良18例.结论:手法复位联合竹弓弹性牵引与杉树皮夹板固定治疗掌侧Barton骨折,复位满意,操作简便,固定可靠,疗效满意.
Objective:To observe the clinical application and efficacy of closed reduction combined with bamboo bow elastic traction in the treatment of volar Barton's fractures.Methods:Thirty patients with volar Barton's fractures were treated with supination manual reduction and external fixation using Chinese fir bark splint and bamboo bow elastic traction.Results:All 30 cases achieved successful reduction in one attempt.Post-reduction X-ray examinations showed good fracture alignment.Regular X-ray follow-ups demonstrated satisfactory maintenance of fracture alignment.The patients were followed up for 8 to 16 weeks,with a median of 10 weeks.All fractures healed within 6-10 weeks(median 8 weeks).According to the Gartland Werley wrist function scoring criteria,the mean score was(1.28±0.35)points,with 12 excel-lent cases and 18 good cases.Conclusion:Closed reduction combined with elastic traction using a bamboo bow for volar Barton's fractures achieved satisfactory reduction,easy operation,reliable fixation,and satisfactory clinical outcomes.
