我国水产养殖苗种采纳影响因素研究OA

Research on factors influencing the adoption of aquaculture seedlings in China:a case study of shrimp farming

本文基于 2023-2024 年河北、江苏、山东三省 157 个对虾养殖户的实地调研数据,运用Logit回归模型,实证分析基层养殖户对国家审定苗种的采纳现状及影响因素.结果显示,养殖年限较长及采用工厂化养殖模式的养殖户更倾向于采纳国家审定苗种,具有病毒检验证书的苗种更受养殖户青睐;而与龙头企业合作会削弱养殖户选种的自主性,从而降低采纳积极性;加入行业协会可通过信息传播、技术培训与服务功能显著促进国家审定苗种的采纳.基于此,研究从多方主体提出政策建议.政府应完善质量检测与认证体系并推动病毒检验证书普及;行业协会应进一步强化技术培训和信息服务;企业需探索差异化链式推广模式;养殖户则应提升信息获取与技术学习能力,增强对优质审定苗种的认知与采纳意愿.研究认为,国家审定水产苗种推广需政府、行业协会、企业与养殖户等多方协同发力,构建多元联动的推广体系,以实现苗种推广工作的质量保障与效率提升.

Field surveys of 157 shrimp farmers were conducted in Hebei,Jiangsu,and Shandong Province from 2023 to 2024,and a Logit Regression Model was applied to investigate the adoption of certified seed and its determinants.Results indicate that longer farming experience and the use of factory-based aquaculture systems significantly increase the likelihood of adopting nationally certified seed,while seed accompanied by virus inspection certificates is more strongly preferred.In contrast,cooperation with leading enterprises weakens farmers'autonomy,reducing adoption incentives.Membership in industry associations,however,promotes adoption through enhanced information dissemination and technical training.These findings suggest several policy implications as bellows.Government agencies should improve quality testing and certification systems and encourage the widespread issuance of virus inspection certificates.Industry associations should strengthen training and information services.Enterprises should explore differentiated chain-based promotion models,and farmers should enhance information acquisition and learning capacities.The practical promotion of nationally certified seed requires coordinated efforts across multiple stakeholders to achieve quality assurance and efficiency improvement.
