沿海自贸区建设与涉海企业高质量发展OA
Construction of coastal free trade zones and high quality development of maritime enterprises-empirical research based on"Double Machine Learning"
自由贸易试验区是推进制度性开放的重要平台,也是促进涉海企业高质量发展的重要载体.本文基于 2011-2023 年沿海省份(港澳台地区除外,下同)涉海企业的年度数据,研究了沿海自贸区建设对涉海企业高质量发展的影响.研究发现,沿海自贸区建设促进了涉海企业的高质量发展.机制分析表明,沿海自贸区主要通过缓解融资约束、提升绿色创新能力及促进数字化转型推动涉海企业高质量发展.异质性分析表明,该政策效应在政府干预适中、南部海洋经济圈的地区和非国有企业、国际化水平高的企业中更为显著.本研究为深化自贸区建设与海洋经济融合发展提供了实证支撑,并为促进涉海企业高质量发展提供了政策参考.
Free trade pilot zones are an important platform for promoting institutional openness and an important foundation for promoting high-quality development of maritime enterprises.This article is based on annual data of maritime enterprises in coastal provinces from 2011 to 2023,and studies the impact of coastal free trade zone construction on the high-quality development of maritime enterprises.Research has found that the construction of coastal free trade zones has effectively promoted the high-quality development of maritime enterprises.Mechanism analysis shows that coastal free trade zones mainly promote the high-quality development of maritime enterprises by alleviating financing constraints,enhancing green innovation capabilities,and promoting digital transformation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the policy effect is more significant in regions with weak government intervention,those located in the southern marine economic circle,and enterprises with high levels of internationalization.This study provides empirical support for deepening the construction of free trade zones and the integrated development of the marine economy,and provides policy references for promoting high-quality development of marine related enterprises.
