昌吉州渔业高质量发展现状及对策建议OA

The high-quality development of fisheries means a fundamental transformation of the fishery development model from "scale expansion" to "quality and efficiency improvement",and it also embodies China's new development philosophy. With its abundant water resources and diverse fishery resources,Changji Prefecture has achieved steady growth in its fishery economy in recent years. However,problems such as constraints on fishery resources,unbalanced fishery industrial structure,backward technical level and intensified market competition still restrict its further development.By adjusting the industrial structure,strengthening technological innovation,expanding market channels and improving the policy support system,the fisheries in Changji Prefecture are expected to enter a new stage of high-quality and sustainable development. This study provides countermeasures and suggestions from dimensions such as management optimization,technological empowerment,ecological protection,and industrial integration. It offers insights to promote the transformation of fisheries from scale expansion to quality and efficiency improvement,and to achieve coordinated enhancement of ecological and economic values,which holds certain reference value for the development of fisheries in Xinjiang.
