目的 基于技术接受模型(technology acceptance model,TAM)与认知负荷理论(cog-nitive load theory,CLT),探讨中医独立学院学生AI辅助病理学学习的接受行为机制,并重点检验学习环节优化在AI辅助有效性感知与学习成效间的中介作用.方法 横断面研究设计,对405 名中医独立学院本科生进行问卷调查,采用描述性统计、Pearson 相关分析、分层回归分析及Bootstrap 法,测量其对 AI辅助的感知、学习环节的优化程度以及学习成效.采用 Bootstrap 法(5 000 次抽样)检验以学习环节优化为中介变量的路径模型.结果 AI辅助显著正向预测学习环节优化(β=0.821,95%CI[1.120,1.305],P<0.001)与学习成效(β=0.170,95%CI[0.038,0.203],P=0.004);学习环节优化对学习成效的直接影响显著(β=0.799,95%CI[0.331,0.438],P<0.001);学习环节优化的部分中介效应占比79.5%(95%CI[0.384,0.556]);本研究的直接效应为 0.121(95%CI[0.038,0.202],P=0.004).结论 AI辅助有效性感知对学习成效具有直接作用,更主要通过促进学习环节优化产生间接影响,其中学习环节优化发挥显著部分中介作用(占总效应的79.5%),表明AI对学习效果的提升主要依赖其对学习流程的优化.

Objective To explore the mechanism of acceptance of AI(artificial intelligence)-as-sisted pathology learning among students in independent TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)colleges on the basis of technology acceptance model(TAM)and the cognitive load theory(CLT),with par-ticular emphasis on the mediating role of learning process optimization.Methods This cross-sectional study was conducted using a questionnaire survey of 405 undergraduate students from independent TCM colleges.The questionnaire assessed perceptions of AI assistance,the extent of learning pro-cess optimization,and the learning outcomes of students.The Bootstrap method(with 5 000 sampling iterations)was employed to test the path model where the optimization of learning processes served as the mediating variable.Results AI assistance significantly predicted learning process optimization(β=0.821,95%CI[1.120,1.305],P<0.001),with a lesser but still significant direct effect on learning outcomes(β=0.170,95%CI[0.038,0.203],P=0.004).Learning process optimization exerted a strong direct effect on learning outcomes(β=0.799,95%CI[0.331,0.438],P<0.001).The direct ef-fect in this study was 0.121(95%CI[0.038,0.202],P=0.004).Conclusion Perceived effectiveness of AI assistance improves learning outcomes both directly and,more importantly,indirectly through learning process optimization,with the mediating effect accounting for 79.5%of the total effect,indi-cating that AI's impact on learning outcomes is primarily achieved through optimizing the learning pro-cess.
