融合CDIO教育框架提升口腔专科在职护士沟通技能的实践路径研究OA
A practical pathway for integrating the CDIO educational framework to enhance communication skills of in-service dental specialty nurses
目的 护理沟通技能是提升口腔专科护理质量及医护协作水平的重要因素,但面向更广泛人群的护理沟通技能培训尚未受到充分重视,且缺乏系统性的理论框架指导.本研究旨在开发基于CDIO(conceive-design-implement-operate,CDIO)教育框架的口腔专科在职护士沟通技能培训课程,并对其应用难点及临床价值进行初步评价.方法 在系统分析国内外护理沟通技能教学现状的基础上,结合口腔专科诊疗特点,构建基于CDIO框架的沟通技能课程体系并加以实施.2025年8月至11月,口腔专科医院23 个门诊科室共511 名护理人员参与为期一个季度的培训及过程性考核.考核指标包括理论考核成绩及临床实操中基于结构化量表记录的沟通问题例数.在由就诊小程序自动推送的患者满意度问卷中,选取"沟通相关问题"条目作为评价指标,比较培训前1 个月与培训同期最后1 个月"不满意(不同意)"占比.结果 理论考核成绩为(95.1±4.77)分,临床随机抽查成绩为(89.1±6.37)分;经结构化量表记录,关键沟通阶段共发现问题81 项,全沟通阶段共发现问题95 项.患者满意度问卷中"沟通相关问题"评价为"不满意(不同意)"的比例显著下降.结论 基于CDIO教育框架的护理沟通技能培训可在真实临床环境中提升口腔专科护士的沟通能力,降低患者不满意程度,为在职护理教育提供实践依据.
Objective Nursing communication skills are essential for improving the quality of oral specialty nursing care and enhancing medical-nursing collaboration.However,communication training targeting broader nursing populations has received limited attention and is often lacking a struc-tured theoretical framework.This study aimed to develop a communication skills training curriculum for in-service dental nurses based on the conceive-design-implement-operate(CDIO)educational framework and to conduct a preliminary evaluation of its implementation challenges and real-world clinical value.Methods Based on a systematic review of domestic and international nursing communi-cation education,a CDIO-based curriculum was constructed in accordance with the characteristics of oral specialty practice and implemented.From August to November 2025,a total of 511 nurses from 23 outpatient departments participated in a one-quarter training program with formative assessment.Evaluation indicators included theoretical test scores,and the number of communication-related issues identified through structured assessment tools during clinical practice.Patient satisfaction data were collected via automatically distributed questionnaires through a medical consultation mini program.The proportion of"dissatisfaction"(including"neutral,""disagree,"and"strongly disagree")in communication-related items was compared between one month before training and the last month of the training period.Results The theoretical test score was(95.1±4.77),and the clinical spot-check score was(89.1±6.37).A total of 81 issues were identified in key communication stages and 95 issues in overall communication processes recorded by a structured scale.The proportion of patient"dissatis-faction"in"communication-related items"significantly decreased after training.Conclusion The communication training program based on CDIO educational framework effectively improved commu-nication competence among Dental Specialty nurses in real-world clinical settings and reduced patient dissatisfaction,providing practical evidence for in-service nursing education.
