低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤MRI影像学表现OA

[Objective]To analyze the MRI imaging features of low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma(LG-ESS)and improve its diagnostic level.[Methods]The imaging features of 13 cases of LG-ESS confirmed by pathology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were analyzed retrospectively.[Results]Most of the masses were larger at first diagnosis.All 13 diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)cases showed high signal,12 apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)cases showed low signal and 1 ADC showed high signal.There were 7 cases of intraluminal growth and 6 cases of muscular mass.In the lumen growth type,5 cases showed pedicle shadow,and 2 cases showed lumen growth and muscular mass type showed"earthworm"and"worm-like"changes.The muscular mass T2 image showed linear low signal at the edge.In 12 cases,no metastasis was found at first visit,and in 1 case,metastasis was found.Of the 13 cases,7 were solid and 6 were cystic.The enhancement was equal to and slightly lower than the muscular layer.[Conclusion]The majority of LG-ESS collected in this study were intrauterine,intermuscular and cystic masses.DWI is mostly high signal,ADC is mainly low signal.Most intrauterine lumps showed"pedicle"shadow,intrauterine lumps showed"earthworm"and"worm-like"changes,and the T2 image edge of intermuscular lumps showed low signal.The reinforcement is similar and slightly lower than the muscular layer.When the pathological type was mucous subtype,DWI and ADC showed high signal,and the enhancement was lower than muscle layer.Some imaging findings of LG-ESS on MRI are shown above,which can provide help for preoperative diagnosis of the disease.
