水刀辅助小切口微创手术联合自制封闭负压引流技术在腋臭治疗中的应用OA

Objective To explore the application value of water jet-assisted minimally invasive surgery combined with self-made closed negative pressure drainage technology in patients with axillary odor.Methods A total of 30 patients with axillary odor admitted to the department(Jiangyin Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University School of Medicine)from October 2022 to October 2024 were randomly divided into two groups:15 cases in group A were treated with traditional small incision minimally invasive axillary incision and self-made closed negative pressure drainage technology,and 15 cases in group B were treated with waterjet-assisted minimally invasive small incision surgery combined with self-made closed negative pressure drainage technology.The postoperative effects and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and long-term follow-up was carried out to observe the clinical efficacy.Results Group B was better than Group A in terms of operation time,postoperative recovery time and flap contracture.There were no significant differences in axillary odor treatment effect and postoperative hematoma incidence.Conclusion Water jet-assisted minimally invasive surgery,in conjunction with a custom-designed closed negative pressure drainage system,demonstrates favorable clinical outcomes for patients with axillary odor.This approach is particularly effective in reducing surgical duration,facilitating rapid postoperative recovery,minimizing overall complications,and achieving a smooth skin contour at the surgical site.Its application is recommended in settings where conditions are favorable.
