A型肉毒毒素联合下睑皮肤入路法在松弛型眼袋修复中的应用效果OA

Objective To explore the application effect of botulinum toxin type A combined with the lower eyelid skin approach in the repair of loose eye bags.Methods A total of 80 patients with loose eye bags admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery of Baotou Fourth Hospital from September 2022 to October 2025 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)according to different repair methods.The control group was treated with the lower eyelid skin approach,while the study group received botulinum toxin type A treatment on the basis of the control group.Three months after treatment,the clinical efficacy,periocular repair effect,incidence of complications and patients'treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment and patient satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the periorbital repair effect scores of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients undergoing repair of loose lower eyelid bags,the combined treatment of botulinum toxin type A and the transcutaneous lower eyelid approach can effectively improve eyelid laxity,significantly enhance patient satisfaction,and demonstrate good safety,suggesting certain clinical application value.
