强脉冲光联合超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光预防面部外伤清创缝合术后早期瘢痕的临床疗效OA

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with ultrapulse carbon dioxide fractional laser in preventing early scars after facial suture surgery.Methods Selected 200 patients with early scars after facial suture surgery admitted to the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from June 2023 to June 2025.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,100 cases in each group(the study group was treated with intense pulsed light combined with ultrapulse carbon dioxide fractional laser,and the control group was treated with ultrapulse carbon dioxide fractional laser alone).Before treatment and 6 months after the last treatment,the patient and observer scar assessment scale,modified Vancouver scar scale and satisfaction results were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in general data between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the differences in POSAS and MVSS scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was much higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with ultrapulse carbon dioxide fractional laser can effectively prevent scar hyperplasia after facial debridement and suture,and its clinical efficacy is significantly better than that of ultrapulse carbon dioxide fractional laser alone,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
