Effects of Dietary 5-aminolevulinate Supplementation on Growth Performance,Antioxidant and Immune Indices of Broilers

[目的]本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-aminolevulinate,5-ALA)对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响.[方法]选取192只1日龄健康、体重相近(39 g±2 g)的雄性肉雏鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡.对照组(CON)肉鸡饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加300、1 500和3 000 mg/kg 5-ALA(5-ALA1、5-ALA5、5-ALA10).试验期为 42 d,分为前期(1~21 d)和后期(22~42 d).分别于试验第 0、21、42天对每只鸡空腹称重,并记录1~21、22~42和1~42日龄期间的采食量和肉鸡死亡数,计算生长性能,试验结束后采集各组鸡的血液、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、胰腺、胸腺和法氏囊等样品,测定血液常规指标和脏器系数,分离血清测定其生化、激素、抗氧化及免疫指标.[结果]①与对照组相比,1~21 d时,各试验组肉鸡料重比(F/G)均显著降低(P<0.05);42 d 时,5-ALA1 和 5-ALA5 组肉鸡的平均体重及全期平均日增重(ADG)均显著升高(P<0.05).②与对照组相比,5-ALA1和5-ALA5组肉鸡血液中血红蛋白(HGB)含量均显著升高(P<0.05).③与对照组相比,5-ALA1组肉鸡的血清总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)含量显著升高(P<0.05).④与对照组相比,5-ALA5组肉鸡血清中的三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)含量显著升高(P<0.05).⑤与对照组相比,5-ALA5组肉鸡血清中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05).⑥与对照组相比,5-ALA5和 5-ALA10组肉鸡血清中的补体 4(C4)含量显著升高(P<0.05).[结论]饲粮中添加5-ALA可改善肉鸡的生长性能、抗氧化和免疫指标,且高剂量添加不会对肉鸡的生长性能和其他指标产生负面影响.

[Objective]This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary 5-aminolevulinate(5-ALA)supplementation on growth performance,antioxidant and immune indices of broilers.[Method]A total of 192 one-day-old healthy male broiler chicks with similar body weight(39 g±2 g)were randomly allocated into four groups with six replicates per group and eight chicks per replicate.The control group(CON)of broilers was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 300,1 500 and 3 000 mg/kg(5-ALA1,5-ALA5,and 5-ALA10)of 5-ALA,respectively.The experimental period was 42 days,divided into the early stage(1 to 21 days)and the late stage(22 to 42 days).Each chicken was weighed on an empty stomach on the 0th,21st,and 42nd days of the experiment respectively.The feed intake and the number of deaths of broilers during the ages of 1-21,22-42,and 1-42 days were recorded,and the growth performance was calculated.After the experiment,samples of blood,heart,liver,spleen,pancreas,thymus,and bursa of Fabricius from each group of chickens were collected to determine the routine blood indicators and organ coefficients.Serum was isolated to determine its biochemical,hormonal,antioxidant and immune indicators.[Result]①Compared with control group,the feed conversion ratio(F/G)of broilers in each experimental group was significantly decreased from 1 to 21 days(P<0.05).On 42 days,the average body weight and the average daily gain(ADG)throughout the entire period of broilers in 5-ALA1 and 5-ALA5 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).②Compared with control group,the content of hemoglobin(HGB)in the blood of broilers in both 5-ALA1 and 5-ALA5 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).③ Compared with control group,the contents of serum total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)of broilers in 5-ALA1 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).④Compared with control group,the content of triiodothyronine(T3)in the serum of broilers in 5-ALA5 group was significantly increased(P<0.05).⑤Compared with control group,the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the serum of broilers in 5-ALA5 group was significantly increased(P<0.05).⑥ Compared with control group,the content of complement 4(C4)in the serum of broilers in 5-ALA5 and 5-ALA10 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Dietary supplementation with 5-ALA could improve growth performance,antioxidant capacity and immune indices of broilers,and high-dose supplementation had no negative effects on growth performance or other parameters in broilers.
