随着肠道微生物群研究的不断深入,益生菌在健康和疾病防治领域的的应用也越来越广泛.嗜黏蛋白阿克曼菌(Akkermansia muciniphila,A.muciniphila)是一种定植于肠道的革兰阴性厌氧菌,具有以黏蛋白为唯一碳源和氮源的代谢特性.该菌在维护机体健康状态中发挥着重要作用,尤其与代谢性疾病的预防和管理密切相关,同时该菌对防治仔猪腹泻、雏鸡沙门菌感染、蛋鸡脂肪肝及改善肉蛋品质均显示出良好效果,被认为是具有潜力的益生菌.嗜黏蛋白阿克曼菌可通过促进肠道屏障功能、调节免疫反应及影响宿主代谢途径等多种机制促进健康.值得注意的是,不仅活的菌体能发挥作用,经巴氏杀菌处理的菌体、其衍生的细胞外囊泡、外膜成分及特定分泌蛋白(如Amuc_1100)也具有类似的功效.笔者系统阐述了嗜黏蛋白阿克曼菌在肠道疾病、肥胖及代谢异常、肾损伤、神经类疾病及癌症中的作用机制及其在畜禽养殖中的应用和展望,探讨了嗜黏蛋白阿克曼菌在畜禽绿色养殖、助力养殖产业提质增效方面的潜力,为推动益生菌产业发展及明确后续研究方向提供理论基础.
With the continuous in-depth research on the intestinal microbiota,the application of probiotics in the field of health and disease prevention and treatment has become increasingly widespread.Akkermansia muciniphila(A.muciniphila)is a Gram-negative anaerobic bacterium colonizing the intestinal tract,with the metabolic characteristic of using mucin as the sole carbon and nitrogen source.This bacterium plays an important role in maintaining the healthy state of the organism,especially closely related to the prevention and management of metabolic diseases.At the same time,it has shown good effects in preventing and treating piglet diarrhea,chicken Salmonella infection,laying hen fatty liver,and improving meat and egg quality,and is considered a potential probiotic.Akkermansia muciniphila can promote health through various mechanisms such as enhancing intestinal barrier function,regulating immune response,and affecting host metabolic pathways.It is worth noting that not only live bacteria can exert effects,but also pasteurized bacteria,their derived extracellular vesicles,outer membrane components,and specific secreted proteins(such as Amuc_1100)have similar efficacy.The authors systematically elaborate on the mechanism of action of Akkermansia muciniphila in intestinal diseases,obesity and metabolic disorders,kidney injury,neurological diseases,and cancer,as well as its application in livestock and poultry breeding,and also discuss its application prospects and potential in green livestock and poultry breeding and promoting the quality and efficiency of the breeding industry,so as to provide a theoretical basis for advancing the development of the probiotic industry and clarifying the direction of subsequent research.
