Effects of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and Bacillus subtilis on the Fermentation Quality of Brittle Culm Rice Straw Silage

[目的]探究脆秆水稻秸秆青贮中添加植物乳植杆菌(LP)与枯草芽孢杆菌(BS)的影响,旨在开发新鲜脆秆水稻秸秆饲料资源,提高秸秆饲料化利用,缓解畜牧业饲料资源短缺的现状.[方法]采用双因素试验设计:A因素为发酵天数(15、30、60 d);B因素为菌剂处理(不添加菌剂(CK),以及添加106 CFU/g BS(BSLP0)、106 CFU/g LP(BS0LP)和106 CFU/g LP+BS(BSLP)),共设12个处理组,将菌剂与脆秆水稻秸秆青贮充分混匀后取样、密封,室温避光保存.青贮结束后拆包取样,测定发酵品质和营养品质指标.[结果]青贮发酵天数与菌剂处理存在显著交互作用(P<0.05),不同菌剂在不同发酵阶段作用效果不同.发酵天数和菌剂处理对脆秆水稻秸秆青贮发酵品质指标均有显著影响(P<0.05),与CK和单一菌剂组相比,BSLP复配菌剂能有效促进乳酸(LA)生成,显著降低pH(P<0.05).发酵天数和菌剂处理对脆秆水稻秸秆青贮的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗灰分(Ash)含量均有显著影响(P<0.05),CP、水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)和粗脂肪(EE)含量在发酵60 d时最高,BSLP复配菌剂在营养保存上比单一菌剂效果更优,CP含量显著高于单一BS组(P<0.05),且高于单一LP组.发酵天数和菌剂处理对脆秆水稻秸秆青贮的酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)含量有显著影响(P<0.05),与CK相比,BSLP复配菌剂处理可显著升高ADL含量,而对NDF和ADF含量均没有显著影响(P>0.05).[结论]脆秆水稻秸秆适宜进行青贮,添加LP和BS复配菌剂青贮效果优于单一菌剂,复配青贮60 d能有效提升脆秆水稻秸秆青贮发酵品质与营养保留效果.

[Objective]This study aimed to explore the effects of adding Lactiplantibacillus plantarum(LP)and Bacillus subtilis(BS)during the ensiling of fresh brittle culm rice straw,in order to develop its potential as a forage resource,improve straw utilization as feed,and alleviate the shortage of feed resources in animal husbandry.[Method]A two-factor experimental design was adopted,factor A was fermentation duration(15,30,and 60 d),and factor B was inoculant treatment:No inoculant(CK),adding 106 CFU/g BS(BSLP0),106 CFU/g LP(BS0LP),and 106 CFU/g LP+BS(BSLP).A total of 12 treatment groups were set up.After thorough mixing of inoculants with brittle culm rice straw silage,samples were taken and wrapped,followed by storage at room temperature in the dark.After ensiling,samples were unpacked and analyzed for fermentation quality and nutrient quality indicators.[Result]A significant interaction was found between fermentation duration and inoculant treatment(P<0.05),indicating that different inoculants performed differently at various fermentation stages.Fermentation duration and inoculant treatment both significantly affected fermentation indicators of brittle culm rice straw silage(P<0.05).Compared with CK and single-inoculant groups,the combined LP+BS inoculant effectively promoted lactic acid(LA)production,and significantly reduced pH(P<0.05).Fermentation duration and inoculant treatment also significantly influenced the contents of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),and crude ash(Ash)of brittle culm rice straw silage(P<0.05).The contents of CP,water soluble carbohydrates(WSC),and ether extract(EE)were the highest at fermentation 60 d.The combined inoculant showed superior effects in preserving nutrient quality compared with single-inoculant,with CP content significantly higher than that in BS-alone group(P<0.05),and higher than that in LP-alone group.Fermentation duration and inoculant treatment significantly affected the acid washed lignin(ADL)of brittle culm rice straw silage(P<0.05),compared with CK group,the combined LP+BS inoculant showed increased ADL content,while no significant effects were observed on the contents of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Brittle culm rice straw was suitable for ensiling.The combined application of LP and BS yielded better ensiling results than single inoculant.Ensiling for 60 d with the combined inoculant most effectively improved the fermentation quality and nutrient preservation of brittle culm rice straw silage.
