不同比例巨菌草青贮对肉牛生产性能、养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响OA
Effects of Different Proportions of Pennisetum giganteum Silage on Production Performance,Apparent Nutrient Digestibility,and Serum Biochemical Indices of Beef Cattle
[目的]试验旨在研究不同比例巨菌草青贮对肉牛生产性能、表观消化率、血清生化、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响,探究巨菌草青贮在肉牛中的适宜添加比例.[方法]采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选择11~12月龄健康状况良好的西门塔尔F1代肉牛50头(251.08 kg±51.54 kg),随机分为5组:对照组及试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,在基础饲粮中分别添加0(对照组)、5%、10%、15%和20%巨菌草青贮.试验全期73 d,其中预试期7 d,饲喂试验期60 d,消化试验期6 d.试验期间称量每头牛的初始体重(IBW)、终末体重(FBW),计算平均日增重(ADG);每天称量投喂量和剩料量,计算平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G);试验期第60天,对每头牛尾静脉采血,检测血清生化、免疫和抗氧化指标;消化试验期每天采集粪样和饲粮样,计算养分表观消化率.[结果]与对照组相比,①饲喂巨菌草青贮对肉牛生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05);②试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉牛饲粮干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)和粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率极显著或显著升高(P<0.01;P<0.05);③试验Ⅳ组肉牛血清球蛋白(GLB)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平均显著升高(P<0.05);④试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉牛血清各免疫指标(IgA、IgG、IgM)含量极显著或显著升高(P<0.01;P<0.05);⑤试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉牛血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著或显著升高(P<0.01;P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01).[结论]本试验条件下,饲粮中添加10%巨菌草青贮能够降低肉牛料重比,提高饲粮养分表观消化率;15%~20%巨菌草青贮添加比例则更利于肉牛机体免疫功能与抗氧化能力的提升.综合生产效率核心目标考量,10%为肉牛饲粮中巨菌草青贮的适宜添加水平.
[Objective]This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Pennisetum giganteum silage at different proportions on growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,serum biochemical,immune function,and antioxidant indices in beef cattle,and determine the optimal additional proportion of Pennisetum giganteum silage.[Method]A single-factor completely randomized design was used,fifty healthy Simmental crossbred(F1)beef cattle aged 11-12 months with an body weight of 251.08 kg±51.54 kg were randomly allocated to 5 groups:Control group and experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ.Pennisetum giganteum silage was supplemented to the basal diet at 0(control),5%,10%,15%,and 20%,respectively.The total trial lasted 73 d,consisting of a 7 d adaptation period,a 60 d feeding trial period,and a 6 d digestibility trial period.Initial body weight(IBW)and final body weight(FBW)were recorded to calculate average daily gain(ADG).Average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)were determined by daily measurement of feed offered and refusals.On the 60th day of the trial period,blood samples were collected from the caudal vein of each cattle to analyze serum biochemical,immune,and antioxidant indices.During the digestibility trial,fecal and feed samples were collected daily for the determination of nutrient apparent digestibility.[Result]Compared with control group:① Supplementing of Pennisetum giganteum silage had no significant effect on the growth performance of beef cattle(P>0.05).②The apparent nutrient digestibility of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),and crude protein(CP)in diet of beef cattle in groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ were extremely significantly or significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).③ The levels of globulin(GLB),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in serum of beef cattle in group Ⅳ were significantly increased(P<0.05).④The immune indices of IgA,IgG,and IgM in serum of beef cattle in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were extremely significantly or significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).⑤The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and the activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum of beef cattle in groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ were extremely significantly or significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05),while malondialdehyde(MDA)content was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Under the conditions of this experiment,dietary addition with 10%Pennisetum giganteum silage could reduce F/G and improve apparent nutrient digestibility in beef cattle.Dietary addition with 15%-20%Pennisetum giganteum silage were more beneficial to enhance the immune function and antioxidant capacity in beef cattle.Considering the core goal of production efficiency,10%was recommended as the optimal additional level of Pennisetum giganteum silage in diet for beef cattle.
