腹腔镜一期改良Fowler-Stephens手术治疗小儿腹腔内隐睾OA

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of modified one-stage laparoscopic Fowler-Stephens(F-S)orchiopexy for pediatric intra-abdominal undescended testes.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 78 pediatric patients with intra-abdominal undescended testes who underwent laparoscopic F-S surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2024.The patients were divided into a one-stage F-S group(n=37)and a staged F-S group(n=41)according to the surgical procedure.Postopera-tive follow-up was performed regularly to assess testicular position and development.Results The operations were successfully completed in both groups.In the one-stage F-S group,the operation time was(58.70±10.83)min,with a mean follow-up of(11.92±1.96)months;postoperative testicular position was rated as satisfactory in 32 cases and basically satisfactory in 5 cases,and complications included one case of testicular atrophy and two cases of incisional infection.In the staged F-S group,the operation time was(54.98±10.30)min,with a mean follow-up of(12.17±2.20)months;testicular position was satisfactory in 36 cases and basically satisfactory in 5 cases,and complications included one case of testicular atrophy,two cases of incisional infec-tion,and one case of scrotal hematoma.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in operation time,follow-up duration,postoperative testicular position,or complications(all P>0.05).Conclusion The one-stage laparoscopic modified Fowler-Stephens orchiopexy is safe and effective for treating pediatric intra-abdominal undescended testes,with a low incidence of postoperative complications such as testicular retraction and atrophy.
