人工智能和穿戴设备助力呼吸康复的数字化医疗OA
Digital healthcare in respiratory rehabilitation enabled by artificial intelligence and wearable devices
呼吸康复已成为呼吸系统疾病综合管理的核心环节.然而,我国当前面临康复资源分布不均、患者依从性差及出院后随访中断等现实挑战.近年来,人工智能(AI)与可穿戴设备的快速发展及其深度融合,推动医学模式由"经验驱动"向"数据驱动"的精准化转型,为呼吸康复的数字化升级提供了关键技术支撑.文章系统梳理AI与可穿戴设备在呼吸康复中的发展现状,聚焦其在临床实践中的典型应用场景,分析技术应用价值与推广瓶颈,并深入探讨当前面临的技术局限、数据安全、伦理风险与医患信任等问题.在此基础上,展望智能化呼吸康复的未来发展方向,提出促进其可持续落地的政策建议与发展路径,以期为构建覆盖全病程、个性化、高可及性的智慧康复服务体系提供理论参考.
Respiratory rehabilitation has become a core component of comprehensive management for respiratory diseases.However,China currently faces practical challenges such as uneven distribution of rehabilitation resources,poor patient compliance,and interruption of follow-up after discharge.In recent years,the rapid development and deep integration of artificial intelligence(AI)and wearable devices have promoted the precise transformation of medical models from'experience-driven'to'data-driven',providing key technological support for the digital upgrading of respiratory rehabilitation.This paper systematically reviews the current development status of AI and wearable devices in respiratory rehabilitation,focuses on their typical application scenarios in clinical practice,analyzes the technical application value and promotion bottlenecks,and deeply explores the issues currently faced,such as technical limitations,data security,ethical risks,and doctor-patient trust.On this basis,it prospects the future development direction of intelligent respiratory rehabilitation,and proposes policy suggestions and development paths to promote its sustainable implementation,aiming to provide theoretical reference for building a smart rehabilitation service system that covers the entire disease course,is personalized,and has high accessibility.
