富氧型等离子空气消毒器对猪舍空气微生物和有害气体消除作用研究OA
Evaluation of The Effect of Oxygen-Enriched Plasma Air Sterilizer on The Elimination of Airborne Microorganisms and Harmful Gases in Pigsties
研究一种富氧型等离子空气消毒器对猪舍空气微生物和有害气体的消杀效果.试验选取上海某猪场,在试验组猪舍安装某富氧型等离子空气消毒器,检测试验组猪舍,使用某富氧型等离子空气消毒器前后,猪舍空气气溶胶及空气沉降菌的细菌总数、大肠杆菌数量和金黄色葡萄球菌数量及舍内有害气体浓度的结果.结果显示:该富氧型等离子空气消毒器对猪舍空气微生物具有较好的消杀效果,连续作用48 h后,其对猪舍空气气溶胶中细菌总数、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的消杀率分别为93.54%、91.81%和93.18%;对空气沉降菌中细菌总数、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的消杀率分别为89.52%、91.54%和92.17%;对氨气(NH3)和硫化氢(H2S)的消除率分别为65.64%、100%.研究表明,该空气消毒器对猪舍空气微生物和有害气体具有良好的消杀效果,建议在生猪养殖领域推广应用.
In order to study the effect of an oxygen-enriched plasma air sterilizer on the elimination of airborne microorganisms and harmful gases in pigsties,an oxygen-rich plasma air sterilizer was installed in the pig house on a selected farm in Shanghai.The numbers of total bacteria,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the air aerosol and airborne bacterial flora in the pig house,and the concentration of harmful gases in the house were measured before and after the use of the oxygen-rich plasma air sterilizer.The results showed that the oxygen-enriched plasma air disinfector exhibited a good inactivation effect on airborne microorganisms in the pig house.After continuous operation for 48 h,the reduction rates of total bacteria,Escherichia coli,and Staphylococcus aureus in airborne aerosols were 93.54%,91.81%,and 93.18%,respectively.The reduction rates of total bacteria,E.coli,and S.aureus in airborne sedimentation bacteria were 89.52%,91.54%,and 92.17%,respectively.In addition,the removal rates of ammonia(NH3)and hydrogen sulfide(H2S)were 65.64%and 100%,respectively.The study showed that the air sterilizer had a good effect on eliminating air microorganisms and harmful gases in pig house.Therefore,this type of oxygen-enriched plasma air sterilizer was recommended to be installed in pig houses.
