Visualization analysis of influenza viruses research literature involving key factors influencing airborne transmission

目的 为完善流感病毒经空气传播影响机制的认识及制定流感科学防控策略提供文献数据支撑.方法 基于Web of Science和中国知网数据库,检索2016年1月1日~2025年9月1日期间与流感病毒空气传播相关的中英文文献共1 909篇.利用 CiteSpace 6.4软件(CiteSpace)对关键词进行共现与聚类并绘制可视化图谱,揭示研究热点演化及前沿方向.结果 研究发现流感病毒经空气传播的影响因素主要分为病原体、宿主和环境3类.CiteSpace聚类结果显示研究主题正由流行特征分析转向多因素综合建模.结论 近十年流感病毒空气传播研究呈现多学科融合和定量化趋势,但在感染距离量化与实验环境还原方面仍存在不足.本研究通过文献可视化方法梳理了该领域的知识结构,为空气传播机制研究和未来研究热点预测提供数据支持与理论依据.

Objective To provide literature data support to improve our understanding of the mechanisms influencing influenza virus airborne transmission and for formulating scientific influenza prevention and control strategies.Methods Based on the Web of Science and China national knowledge infrastructure databases,we retrieved a total of 1 909 Chinese and English publications related to influenza virus airborne transmission published between January 1,2016,and September 1,2025.CiteSpace 6.4 software(CiteSpace)was used to analyze co-occurrence and clustering of keywords,and visual mapping was conducted to reveal the evolution of research hotspots and frontier directions.Results The factors influencing influenza virus airborne transmission were mainly divided into three categories:pathogens,hosts,and the environment.CiteSpace clustering indicated that the research focus was shifting from epidemiological characteristic analysis to multi-factor comprehensive modeling.Conclusions Over the past decade,research on influenza virus airborne transmission has shown a trend of interdisciplinary integration and quantification,but there are still deficiencies in the quantification of infection distance and the restoration of experimental environments.This study clarifies the knowledge structure in this field using literature-visualization method,providing data support and a theoretical basis for future research on airborne transmission mechanisms and the prediction of future research hotspots.
