维生素D补充联合院内一体化救治模式在急性过敏性哮喘患者中的应用研究OA

[Objective]To analyze the application of vitamin D supplement combined with in-hospital integrated treatment mode in patients with acute allergic asthma.[Method]Totally 84 patients undergoing acute allergic asthma treatment in Zhangjiakou Second Hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the observation objects of this study.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(44 cases).The control group was treated with vitamin D supplement combined with routine emergency measures.The observation group was treated with vitamin D supplement in the integrated treatment mode.The first aid effect,first aid score,vital signs before and after first aid,complications and satisfaction were observed in the two groups.[Result]Compared with the control group,the total emergency response rate of the observation group was higher and the total complication rate was lower,with no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The first aid score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 10 and 30 minutes after first aid.10 min after first aid,the respiratory rate and heart rate of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than the control group.The scores of first aid effect,emergency handling ability,medical cooperation coordination degree and psychological counseling ability of observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Vitamin D supplementation combined with integrated treatment mode in hospital can improve respiratory function,emergency efficiency and patient satisfaction.
