不同酵母培养物对湖羊生长性能、生化指标及瘤胃发酵的影响OA
Effects of different yeast cultures on growth performance,biochemical indexes and rumen fermentation of Hu sheep
为研究不同酵母培养物对湖羊生长性能、生化指标及瘤胃发酵的影响,试验选择遗传背景一致,体重(30±3)kg的湖羊 120 只,随机分为 5 组,每组 6 个重复,每个重复 4 只羊.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组A、B、C、D分别在基础日粮中添加10 g(只·d)酵母培养物.预饲期 10 d,正式试验期 90 d.结果显示:添加不同酵母培养物均有提高湖羊终末体重趋势,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05).全程来看,酵母培养物A组平均日增重较对照组和其他酵母培养物组显著提高(P<0.05),料肉比显著性降低(P<0.05);不同酵母培养物对湖羊血清生化指标无显著性影响,但是日粮添加酵母培养物A可显著降低血清尿素氮(BUN)含量(P<0.05);不同酵母培养物对湖羊瘤胃发酵指标也无显著性影响(P<0.05).综上所述,酵母培养物对湖羊生长性能、血清生化等指标有正向作用,但是不同酵母培养物产品之间作用效果存在明显差异.在本试验条件下,综合生长性能、血清生化、瘤胃发酵等指标,酵母培养物A的作用效果最佳.
To investigate the effects of different yeast cultures on the growth performance,biochemical indicators,and rumen fermentation of Hu sheep,120 Hu sheep with a consistent genetic background and a body weight of(30±3)kg were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 6 replicates per group and 4 sheep per replicate.The control group was fed a basic diet,while the experimental groups A,B,C,and D were fed basal diet supplemented with 1010 g(只·d)yeast culture.The pre-feeding period was 10 days,and the formal experimental period was 90 days.The results showed that adding different yeast cultures had a tendency to increase the body weight of Hu sheep,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).During the whole experiment,compared with control group and other yeast culture groups,the average daily gain of yeast culture groups A and D was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to meat was significantly decreased(P<0.05);Different yeast cultures had no significant effect on serum biochemical indices,but dietary supplementation of yeast culture A could significantly reduce serum urea nitrogen(BUN)content(P<0.05).In summary,different yeast cultures also had no significant effects on rumen fermentation indexes of Hu sheep in experimental 90d(P<0.05).In summary,yeast culture have positive effects on growth performance,serum biochemistry and other indicators of Hu sheep,but there are certain differences in the effects of different yeast culture.Under the conditions of this experiment,yeast culture A has the best effect on growth performance,serum biochemistry,rumen fermentation and other indicators.
