饲草中常见真菌毒素的识别与分布特征研究OA
Study on identification and distribution characteristics of common mycotoxins in forage grass
为探究我国主要饲草中真菌毒素的识别与分布特征情况,试验采用液相色谱-串联质谱法,针对从东北、西北、华北、华东、西南等不同地区采集的 240 份青贮玉米、燕麦草、苜蓿草等饲草样品,进行伏马毒素(FB类)等 11 种真菌毒素含量的检测和分布特征分析.结果显示:总体检出率为 52.50%(126/240),所有样本均未超出国家限量标准(超标率为 0).不同饲草真菌毒素分布特征差异显著,青贮玉米检出率最高(90.99%),其次为燕麦草(36.51%)和苜蓿草(4.55%).青贮玉米呈现混合污染特征,52.25%样本存在 2 种及以上毒素共存现象,显著高于单一污染比例(38.00%);燕麦草仅检出脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON);苜蓿草 3 个阳性样本分别检出DON、伏马菌素B1(FB1)和伏马菌素B3(FB3),均为单一污染.纵向分析显示,2024 年样本总体检出率较 2023 年(53.93%)下降 1.43个百分点,其中青贮玉米、燕麦草、苜蓿草分别下降 0.68、16.43、7.35 个百分点,呈现持续改善趋势.我国饲草真菌毒素分布呈现品种特异性,总体污染程度低且逐年改善,表明在生产加工中加强监测饲草真菌毒素分布情况并实施相关防控措施,保证饲草安全和品质;苜蓿草极低污染率的生物学机制值得深入解析,或为开发新型抗真菌技术提供理论依据.
In order to explore the identification and distribution characteristics of mycotoxins in main forage grasses in China,liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was used to detect and analyze the content and distribution characteristics of 11 mycotoxins,including fumonitins(FB),in 240 forage samples of silage corn,oat grass and alfalfa grass collected from northeast,northwest,North,East and southwest China.The results showed that the overall detection rate was 52.50%(126/240),and all samples did not exceed the national limit standard(the over-rate was 0).The distribution characteristics of mycotoxins in different forage grasses were significantly different.The detection rate of maize silage was the highest(90.99%),followed by oat grass(36.51%)and alfalfa grass(4.55%).There were two or more toxins co-existing in 52.25%of silage maize samples,which was significantly higher than that of single pollution(38.00%).Only deoxynivalenol(DON)was detected in oat grass.DON,fumonisin B1(FB1)and fumonisin B3(FB3)were detected in 3 positive samples of alfalfa grass,which were all single contamination.Longitudinal analysis showed that the overall detection rate of samples in 2024 decreased by 1.43 percentage points compared with that in 2023(53.93%),among which silage corn,oat grass and alfalfa grass decreased by 0.68,16.43 and 7.35 percentage points,respectively,showing a continuous improvement trend.The distribution of mycotoxins in forage in China was variety-specific,and the overall pollution level was low and improved year by year,indicating that people should strengthen monitoring of the distribution of mycotoxins in forage in production and processing and implement related prevention and control measures to ensure the safety and quality of forage.The biological mechanism of extremely low contamination rate of alfalfa is worth further analysis,and may provide theoretical basis for developing new antifungal technology.
