在陇东地区畜牧业蓬勃发展、对高品质玉米青贮需求渐长的背景下,本试验针对该地区常用的窖贮和裹包青贮两种方式展开探究.试验采用单因素设计,于 2022 年 11 月至 2023 年 1 月在陇东地区采集 19 份样品,涵盖10个青贮窖样品与9个裹包青贮样品.测定指标包括感官评定、营养成分、发酵品质和雷菌毒素等.结果表明:营养成分方面,除磷含量外二者整体相近,裹包青贮的磷含量显著更高.发酵品质上,窖贮与裹包青贮的 pH 均低于 4.00,发酵水平相近,但裹包青贮感官评分更高、乙酸含量更多,保存性能更佳.饲用及能量价值层面,虽无显著差异,但裹包青贮各项指标更优.霉菌毒素检测显示,两种青贮方式的 5 种毒素检出率均为 100%,含量均在国家标准限量内,且二者毒素含量差异显著,表明制作方式对霉菌毒素含量影响不明显,其产生主要与青贮各环节的不当操作有关.综合来看,窖贮与裹包青贮均可制备优质青贮饲料,但裹包青贮在营养供给、饲喂价值和保存性能上优势明显,质量更佳.

Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of animal husbandry in the Longdong region and the increasing demand for high-quality corn silage,this study focused on two commonly used silage methods in this area:pit silage and wrapped silage.The experiment adopted a single-factor design.From November 2022 to January 2023,19 samples were collected in the Longdong region,including 10 samples from silage pits and 9 samples of wrapped silage.The determinatim indicators include sensory eraluation,nutritional components,fermentation quality and mycotoxins.The results showed that:in terms of nutritional components,except for the phosphorus content,the two methods were generally similar,and the phosphorus content of the wrapped silage was significantly higher.In terms of fermentation quality,the pH of both pit silage and wrapped silage were lower than 4.00,and their fermentation levels were similar.However,the wrapped silage had a higher sensory score,more acetic acid content,and better preservation performance.In terms of feeding and energy value,although there was no significant difference,the indicators of the wrapped silage were more excellent.Mycotoxin detection showed that the detection rate of the five mycotoxins in both silage methods was 100%,but the contents were all within the national standard limits,and there was a significant difference in the mycotoxin contents between the two methods,indicating that the production method had little obvious impact on the mycotoxin content,and the generation of mycotoxins was mainly related to improper operations in various links of silage.Overall,both pit silage and wrapped silage can be used to prepare high-quality silage feed,but the wrapped silage has obvious advantages in terms of nutritional supply,feeding value,and preservation performance,and its quality is better.
