为研究副干酪乳杆菌XLK401 对南丹瑶鸡生长性能、抗氧化和消化性能、免疫指标的影响,试验将 180 只南丹瑶鸡随机分为 4 组,每组 3 个重复,每个重复 15 只.对照组(CHE组)饲喂基础日粮;低浓度副干酪乳杆菌组(FGL6组)饲喂添加有1.0×106 CFU/mL副干酪乳杆菌的日粮;高浓度副干酪乳杆菌组(FGL7组)饲喂添加有1.0×107 CFU/mL副干酪乳杆菌的日粮;金霉素组(CKB组)饲喂添加有 1 mg/g金霉素的日粮,试验周期为 21 d.研究结果显示:与CHE组相比,FGL6 组和FGL7 组鸡的末重分别提高了 30.18%、29.83%(P<0.001);免疫器官指数均无显著性差异(P>0.05);抗氧化性能方面,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量分别提高了204.70%、210.04%(P<0.001),谷胱甘肽(GSH-PX)含量分别提高了 67.24%、165.52%(P<0.01),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)分别提高了 60.87%、63.04%(P<0.001),丙二醛(MDA)含量分别降低了 69.85%、38.75%(P<0.001);消化性能方面,α-淀粉酶含量分别提高了 81.17%、112.97%(P<0.01),脂肪酶含量在FGL6 组提高了 180.76%(P<0.001),而FGL7 组降低了 21.16%(P>0.05);免疫指标方面,白细胞介素 1β(IL-1β)含量分别降低了 13.21%、20.56%(P<0.05),白细胞介素 6(IL-6)分别降低了 20.00%、24.89%(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量分别降低了 15.62%、12.65%(P>0.05).研究表明,副干酪乳杆菌XLK401能够改善南丹瑶鸡的机体免疫力,本试验条件下,1.0×106 CFU/mL浓度副干酪乳杆菌为最适合添加量.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus paracasei XLK401 on the growth performance,antioxidant and digestive functions,and immune indices of Nandan Yao chickens.A total of 180 Nandan Yao chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates per group and 15 chickens per replicate.The control group(CHE group)was fed a basal diet;the low-concentration Lactobacillus paracasei group(FGL6 group)was fed a diet supplemented with 1.0×106 CFU/mL of Lactobacillus paracasei;the high-concentration Lactobacillus paracasei group(FGL7 group)was fed a diet supplemented with 1.0×107 CFU/mL of Lactobacillus paracasei;and the chlortetracycline group(CKB group)was fed a diet supplemented with 1 mg/g of chlortetracycline.The trial lasted for 21 days.The results showed that compared with the CHE group,the final body weights of the FGL6 and FGL7 groups increased by 30.18%and 29.83%,respectively(P<0.001).There were no significant differences in immune organ indices among the groups(P>0.05).In terms of antioxidant performance,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)content increased by 204.70%and 210.04%(P<0.001),the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)content increased by 67.24%and 165.52%(P<0.01),and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)increased by 60.87%and 63.04%(P<0.001),while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content decreased by 69.85%and 38.75%(P<0.001).Regarding digestive performance,the α-amylase content increased by 81.17%and 112.97%(P<0.01),and the lipase content increased by 180.76%in the FGL6 group(P<0.001)but decreased by 21.16%in the FGL7 group(P>0.05).For immune indices,the interleukin-1β(IL-1β)content decreased by 13.21%and 20.56%(P<0.05),the interleukin-6(IL-6)content decreased by 20.00%and 24.89%(P<0.05),and the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content decreased by 15.62%and 12.65%(P>0.05).The study demonstrated that Lactobacillus paracasei XLK401 could enhance the immune function of Nandan Yao chickens.Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal supplementation concentration of Lactobacillus paracasei was 1.0×106 CFU/mL.
