Biological activities of plant extracts and their application in poultry production
植物提取物作为植物源性添加剂,具有绿色天然、无残留、无耐药性等特点,目前已成为畜牧学等学科领域研究热点.植物提取物含有丰富的多酚等生物活性成分,具有抗菌、抗氧化、调节免疫力、抗肿瘤等生物学功能.本文总结了植物提取物的生物活性及其对家禽生长性能、蛋品质和肉品质的影响.
As a plant-derived additive,plant extracts have the characteristics of being green,natural,residue-free,and non-drug-resistant,and have become a research hotspot in the field of animal husbandry and other disciplines.Plant extracts are abundant in bioactive compounds,including polyphenols,which exhibit various biological functions such as antibacterial,antioxidant,immune-regulating,and antitumor properties.This paper summarized the biological activities of plant extracts and their effects on the growth performance,egg quality,and meat quality of poultry.
