黄芪茎叶提取物对猪生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响OA
The effects of astragalus membranaceus stem and leaf extract on the growth performance,slaughter performance,and meat quality of pigs
文章旨在探讨不同水平的黄芪茎叶提取物对猪生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响,试验将 200 头 5 月龄左右体重为(90.48±1.5)kg的三元杂交育肥猪随机分成 4 组,每组 10 个重复,每个重复 5 头猪,各组分别为 0(对照组)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%黄芪茎叶提取物添加组,预饲期为 7d,试验期为 35 d.结果显示,(1)与对照组相比,0.4%、0.6%黄芪茎叶提取物添加组的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);(2)与对照组相比,0.4%、0.6%黄芪茎叶提取物添加组的胴体重、胴体斜长、净肉率、瘦肉率等显著提高(P<0.05).(3)与对照组相比,0.4%、0.6%黄芪茎叶提取物添加组的蛋白质、水分含量显著提高(P<0.05),而滴水损失、剪切力、蒸煮损失、脂肪显著降低(P<0.05).综上所述,不同比例的黄芪茎叶提取物添加可显著提高三元杂交育肥猪的生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质,以 0.4%添加量较为适宜.
To investigate the effects of adding Astragalus membranaceus stem and leaf extract at different levels on the growth performance,slaughter performance,and meat quality of pigs,200 5-month-old crossbred fattening pigs with a body weight of(90.48±1.5 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 replicates in each group and 5 pigs in each replicate.A feeding trial with Astragalus membranaceus stem and leaf extract supplementation was conducted,with groups designated as 0(control group),0.2%,0.4%,and 0.6%Astragalus membranaceus stem and leaf extract supplementation.The pre-trial lasted for 7 days,and the trial period was 35 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain was significantly increased(P<0.05)and the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05)in the 0.4%and 0.6%Astragalus membranaceus stem and leaf extract supplementation groups;(2)Compared with the control group,the carcass weight,carcass oblique length,net meat percentage,and lean meat percentage were significantly increased(P<0.05)in the 0.4%and 0.6%Astragalus membranaceus stem and leaf extract supplementation groups;(3)Compared with the control group,the protein and moisture content were significantly increased(P<0.05)in the 0.4%and 0.6%Astragalus membranaceus stem and leaf extract supplementation groups,while the drip loss,shear force,cooking loss,and fat content were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In summary,adding Astragalus membranaceus stem and leaf extract at different proportions can improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,and meat quality of crossbred fattening pigs,with 0.4%supplementation being more suitable.
