文章旨在系统评估马铃薯淀粉渣混合发酵饲料替代基础日粮对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化及免疫功能的影响,并确定其适宜添加比例.试验选取 96 头健康且体重相近的 21 日龄"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪[初始体重(7.23±0.51)kg],采用单因子完全随机试验设计,随机分为 4 组,每组 8 个重复,每个重复 3 头猪.对照组(CON)饲喂基础日粮,试验组(T1、T2、T3)分别以 5%、10%和 15%的混合发酵饲料等能等氮替代基础日粮.试验为期 28 d.结果显示:1)与对照组相比,T2 组平均日增重(ADG)显著提高 14.32%(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著降低 9.07%(P<0.05);T3 组ADG与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),但F/G显著高于T2 组(P<0.05).2)养分消化率方面,T2 组粗蛋白质(CP)、干物质(DM)、粗纤维(CF)和粗脂肪(EE)的表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高8.76%、7.31%、18.56%和 6.92%.3)免疫功能指标显示,T2 组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)浓度较对照组分别显著提高 22.71%、18.24%和 15.33%(P<0.05),而促炎因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度则分别显著降低 21.05%和 16.46%(P<0.05).综上所述,在本试验条件下,断奶仔猪日粮中添加 10%马铃薯淀粉渣混合发酵饲料,在维持日粮营养水平一致的前提下,可显著改善仔猪生长性能、提高养分消化率,并增强机体免疫功能.研究结果为马铃薯淀粉渣在仔猪生产中的高效资源化利用提供了可靠的理论依据.

This study was conducted to systematically evaluate the effects of replacing basal diet with mixed fermented potato starch residue feed on the growth performance,nutrient digestion,and immune function of weaned piglets,and to determine its optimal supplementation level.A total of 96 healthy weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire;21 d old;7.23±0.51 kg initial BW)with similar body weight were randomly assigned to 4 treatment groups using a single-factor completely randomized design.Each group had 8 replicates with 3 pigs per replicate.The control group(CON)received a basal diet.The experimental groups(T1,T2,T3)received basal diets with 5%,10%,and 15%replaced by the mixed fermented feed,respectively,while maintaining iso-energetic and iso-nitrogenous conditions across all diets.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The main findings are as follows:1)Compared with the control group,the T2 group showed a significantly higher average daily gain(ADG)by 14.32%(P<0.05)and a lower feed/gain ratio(F/G)by 9.07%(P<0.05).While ADG in the T3 group was not significantly different from the control(P>0.05),its F/G was significantly higher than that of the T2 group(P<0.05).2)In terms of nutrient digestibility,the T2 group exhibited significantly higher apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP),dry matter(DM),crude fiber(CF),and ether extract(EE)compared to the control group(P<0.05),with increases of 8.76%,7.31%,18.56%,and 6.92%,respectively.3)For immune function indicators,the concentrations of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the serum of the T2 group were significantly increased by 22.71%,18.24%,and 15.33%(P<0.05),respectively,while the concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly decreased by 21.05%and 16.46%(P<0.05),respectively.In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,dietary supplementation of 10%mixed fermented feed with potato starch residue,while maintaining consistent dietary nutrient levels,can significantly improve growth performance,increase nutrient digestibility,and enhance immune function in weaned piglets.The results provide a reliable theoretical basis for the efficient resource utilization of potato starch residue in piglet production.
