香菇多糖对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肌肉氨基酸组成的影响OA
Effects of lentinan on growth performance,slaughter performance,and muscle amino acid composition in broilers
文章旨在探讨日粮中添加不同水平香菇多糖(LNT)对白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及胸肌氨基酸组成的影响.使用将 480 只 1 日龄健康AA初始体重为(35±2)g肉仔鸡随机分为 4 组,每组 6 个重复,每个重复 20 只.对照组(CON)饲喂基础日粮,3 个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加 100、200 和 400 mg/kg的香菇多糖,试验为期 42 d.结果显示:与对照组相比,LNT200 和LNT400 组肉鸡 1~42 日龄平均日增重(ADG)分别显著提高 6.3%和 6.9%(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)均显著降低 5.7%(P<0.05).LNT200 组全净膛率和胸肌率较对照组分别显著提高 3.5%和 6.5%(P<0.05),LNT400 组腿肌率显著提高 4.3%(P<0.05).与对照组相比,LNT200 组胸肌中谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、亮氨酸和赖氨酸含量分别显著提高 11.8%、9.5%、8.2%和 7.6%(P<0.05),总氨基酸和必需氨基酸总量分别显著提高 6.5%和 7.0%(P<0.05).综上所述,日粮中添加 200 mg/kg香菇多糖可改善肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能,提高胸肌中鲜味氨基酸和必需氨基酸的含量.
A 42-day experiment was performed to examine how different dietary levels of lentinan(LNT)affect growth performance,slaughter performance,and breast muscle amino acid composition in white-feathered broilers.480 one-day-old healthy AA broilers with an initial body weight of 35±2 g were equally divided into 4 groups(6 replicates of 20 birds each).Birds in the control group(CON)were fed a basal diet,whereas those in the treatment groups received the basal diet supplemented with 100,200,or 400 mg/kg LNT(LNT100,LNT200,and LNT400,respectively).The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)of broilers in the LNT200 and LNT400 groups during 1-42 days of age was increased by 6.3%and 6.9%,respectively(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)was decreased by 5.7%(P<0.05).The eviscerated yield and breast muscle percentage in the LNT200 group were increased by 3.5%and 6.5%,while the thigh muscle percentage in the LNT400 group was increased by 4.3%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of glutamic acid,aspartic acid,leucine and lysine in the breast muscle of the LNT200 group were increased by 11.8%,9.5%,8.2%and 7.6%,respectively(P<0.05),and the total amino acids and total essential amino acids were increased by 6.5%and 7.0%,respectively(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 200 mg/kg lentinan can improve growth performance and slaughter performance of broilers,and increase the contents of umami amino acids and essential amino acids in breast muscle.
