水产品中新污染物风险评估研究进展OA

Research progress on risk assessment of emerging pollutants in aquatic products

新污染物因其持久性、生物累积性和潜在毒性,严重威胁生态系统和人类健康,已成为全球研究热点和管控重点.本研究系统综述了水产品中新污染物的研究进展,涵盖其定义、主要类别、多重来源及其在水产品中的分布与生物累积特征.综述发现,新污染物通过食物链富集,其浓度存在显著的物种、组织及地理差异,引发内分泌干扰、神经发育毒性等多重危害.此外,部分区域水产品中的全氟和多氟烷基物质、短链氯化石蜡等污染物对生态安全和人类健康构成潜在风险.在此基础上,本研究提出了当前风险评估面临复合暴露模型缺失、低剂量慢性毒性数据不足、毒理学基准与监管标准缺位3大核心挑战.针对上述问题,本研究探讨分析了水产品中新污染物风险评估未来的研究方向,并进一步提出了对新污染物风险管理的建议,以期为水产品中新污染物风险识别与管控的深入研究及应用提供参考.

Emerging pollutants pose significant threats to ecosystems and human health because of their persistence,bioaccumulation,and potential toxicity,and have become a global research priority and regulatory concern.This re-view systematically summarizes current research on emerging pollutants in aquatic products,including their defini-tions,main categories,sources,occurrence,distribution and bioaccumulation characteristics.The review finds that emerging pollutants are enriched along the food chain and exhibit pronounced species,tissue-,and region-specific differences in concentrations,leading to multiple adverse effects such as endocrine disruption and neurodevelopmental toxicity.In addition,certain pollutants,including per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances and short-chain chlorinated paraffins,present potential risks to ecological safety and human health in some regions.Building on these findings,this review identifies three major challenges in current risk assessment:the lack of models for combined exposure,in-sufficient data on chronic low-dose toxicity,and the absence of robust toxicological benchmarks and regulatory stand-ards.Accordingly,this review further examines future research directions for risk assessment of emerging pollutants in aquatic products and proposes corresponding risk management strategies to support more effective identification and control of emerging pollutant risks in aquatic food systems.
